Reshaping globalisation from political analysis.Ideas for a smarter future
PODCAST: Diversity, equity and inclusion
My take for the Tal Tech Eurasia international meeting exploring the real meaning of diversity and their real “old challenge” that we need to overcome, balancing women-men power. Is indeed an old challenge within a new print and a new shape giving by the SDG5. In the context of a world that is repeating the same pattern: nationalisms and introspection as a defence to crises. Instead of globalisation and openness to face crises from a more democratic perspective. Although not from epicenter of power but multiple, balanced and counterbalance spots of developing creative ideas in the short-term.
Diversity, equity and inclusion supposes a new dimension in a global context, however within a strong senses of local realities.
